Berry Good Overnight Oats

2/3 cup {gluten free} oats
1 cup almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3-4 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp peanut butter

Mix all above ingredients in a bowl. Divide into two mason jars or any containers you use. Let these sit in fridge overnight. When you’re ready to eat one, top with 1/3 cup granola & some fresh berries.

*Note: These can be eaten cold or if you prefer, pour the mixture into a pot and warm them up on low, stirring occasionally and then top with the granola and berries.
