Shayshay Bites

2 scoops chocolate protein powder
Just less than 1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut (I toasted mine in a skillet, but you can also just use it raw!)
1/2 cup almond butter (use crunchy for more texture!)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla

Combine all ingredients well, and refrigerate for a few minutes – this helps it harden a bit to make it easier to shape.

Then shape into snack sized balls!

I made them pretty small and got about 20 total. Store them in the refrigerator.  Snack sized ziplocks work great for an easy grab and go!

Great for an energy boost or a healthy sweet tooth fix!
