Crockpot Salsa Chicken

2 lbs lean chicken breasts
1 packet reduced sodium taco seasoning
1 jar salsa of choice

Put lean chicken breasts in slow cooker. Sprinkle packet of taco seasoning and put in salsa until chicken breasts are entirely covered.

Cook on LOW for six hours.

Put chick breasts in bowl and shred, add some of the salsa from crock pot and mix in with chicken for additional moisture.

Serve with tortillas, on salads or anything at all. Very tasty and versatile! Leftovers will freeze well for a further meal.
