B’s No Parm Macadamia Pesto

1/4 cup macadamias
1 tbsp minced garlic
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2-1 tbsp lemon juice
3 oz fresh basil

Mix all ingredients in blender/food processor. You may need to scrape down the sides a few times. Recipe can be doubled or tripled even. Great on pasta, salads, chicken etc.
