B’s Cashew Dip

1 cup cashews, soaked overnight or up to 5 hours
1/2 cup vegetable broth
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
1 red bell pepper
1/4 c olive oil
2 tbsp garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
chili paste to taste (for the heat)

Mix in blender/nutribullet. Add more yeast for more cheesy flavor. This can be served room temp/cold or can be warmed up to serve hot.

Great with chips, veggies, crackers or on tacos.
