Texas Caviar Recipe
- 1 can black eyed peas (rinsed & drained)

- 1/2 green bell pepper
- 1/2 red/yellow bell pepper
- 2 roma tomatoes (seeded & chopped)
- 4 green onions OR 1/2 medium onion
- 1 jalapeno (seeded & chopped)
- 1/4 cup OR small bunch cilantro
- 4 Tbsp light Italian dressing
Chop & combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
