5 Ways To Help You Get Out Of Bed For Your Work Out

1 – Set your work out clothes out the night before.  This sounds silly but it can make a world of a difference when you are debating making it to a class in time or turning that video on in your living room.

2 – Prep your breakfast the night before.  Whip up a protein smoothie, maybe even protein waffles. Or how about overnight oats?  Yum!  All easy, healthy options to have before you get moving.

3 – Set an alarm (maybe two) but make sure that in order to turn the alarm off, you have to get out of your bed.  By the time you turn off that awful noise, you are standing near those clothes you set out. (What? Crazy!)

4 – Put the phone away and/or turn the tv off earlier than usual the night before.  In order to have a good work out and to feel good during it, you want to make sure you get a good night sleep.  No late night working or binge watching shows.  Your body and mind need to rest!

5 – Remind yourself WHY you are doing this! And go get ‘em!
