September it is a great time to set a goal for the month. School is back in session, vacations are done and a solid routine is ready to be put in place.
We challenge you to make one measureable attainable goal for the month of September and stick to it. Here are a few examples, come up with something that will work for you.
· Eat a healthy breakfast within 45 minutes of getting up in the morning
· Get in 30 minutes of cardio outside of your typical workouts two days a week (walking, biking, running, swimming)
· Have perfect attendance at the workouts in September, make it a priority
· Limit any alcohol intake to Saturday night only- moderation is the key
· Record your food on myfitnesspal.com for the entire month
Tell someone what your goal is, this will help keep you accountable.
There are many ways you can make changes and the key is to start small. Set that goal for the month, stick to it and you will find you have now adopted and new healthy ongoing habit!
