Two Way Toast

Toast 2 pieces of bread (gluten free is pictured)

-mash 1/4-1/2 avocado, depending on the size of your avocado (you’ll know if its too much on a slice!)

Toast 1: add avocado, raspberries & drizzle of maple syrup

Toast 2: add avocado & fried egg whites (or 1 whole egg) with seasonings (pictured: black pepper, garlic, red pepper flakes & nutritional yeast
