Tracy Woodard II Joins PT Fitness

Introducing our newest team member to the PT Fitness Family!

Tracy Woodard II – Certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine)

Tracy joined PT Fitness of 2017.  Tracy’s whole life has been been molded and surrounded by the realm of athletics in various sports such as football, track (both of which he has competed in through college), Muay Thai martial arts, basketball, baseball, and even golf.  The discipline, the passion, the spirit of competition, and the Heart that drives me to be the best in whatever realm Tracy steps foot in.  Tracy has always been self-motivated and understood early that if he wanted to be the best, he had to hone in with a keen Focus on the goal to fulfill the vision ahead.  His great experiences and, more importantly, his shortcomings with injuries and down falls are actually what gave him the Power to press on and use this drive to pursue becoming a certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.  The journey for Tracy doesn’t end there- He has the Heart to help others become the best versions of themselves.  Tracy has the Focus to become one of the best overall trainers and sports performance specialist to ever do it, and Tracy has the Power to engage those around him to give their all in their pursuits as well.

Tracy will concentrate on sports performance, personal training and PTF Classes.  Contact him at
