Ingredients: 1/2 cup cannelloni beans
1/2 cup garbanzo beans
1/2 cup kidney beans
1/4 cup diced celery
2 tbsp chopped red onion
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
2 tbsp chopped rosemary
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions: Toss all ingredients in a bowl & mix. It’s that easy!. Eat it alone or have it over kale/quinoa/greens etc. Feel free to eat right away or let it marinate in the fridge as you eat it all week.
