Tips For Drinking More Water

1 – Fill up enough water bottles to equal your entire water intake for the day (cause they’re coming to work with ya!)

2 – Set an alarm on your phone every hour or two to remind you to drink some water

3- Try drinking from a straw! Often I notice I will consume MORE in my day when I use a straw with my cup

4 – Flavor your water. Maybe you had some cucumber slices or lemon slices. Makes for a refreshing and exciting taste.

5 – Track how many ounces you are drinking and pay attention to it for a week. You should start to see how much more you consume when you are paying attention to it.
