Things you will need for class

(You can the find workout items at Academy, Target or on our website store)

  • Exercise Mat
  • 5-10lb hand weights
  • Bottle of water
  • Gloves – optional (workout gloves or gardening gloves).  We recommend these for our ground exercises.
  • Please eat prior to coming to boot camp; you will need it to fuel your workout.

Our workouts are self-paced, however we want you to push yourself.  Our job is to push you as well, but we want to see an effort from you.

Keep in mind that it’s your workout:  do what you can do and do not worry about anyone else.

Shoes are important.  Be sure to wear a running / cross-training shoe.  Be sure that the shoes are tied tightly so that they will support your movements.

We will talk a little about nutrition  during workouts throughout the month.  However, please ask any and all questions you may have as it relates to nutrition.
