Setting SMART Goals

S- Specific

M-Measureable

A-Attainable

R-Realistic

T-Timely

Wanting to lose 25 lbs. in a month is not attainable, realistic and certainly not smart. But saying “I will make every workout this week” is. Create smaller more attainable goals, and when you meet them; enjoy your accomplishment! Having smaller successes along the way will keep you going and you will eventually get to where you want to be.
