Roasted veggies made easy!

Roasting vegetables for dinner can be quick and easy. Chop up some of your favorite veggies:roasted veggies

  • Red Pepper
  • Yellow Pepper
  • Carrots
  • Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Asparagus
  • Cherry Tomatoes

Line a cookie sheet with non-stick foil. Place fresh veggies on a mixing bowl and add some oregano, thyme, chopped garlic, balsamic vinegar & black pepper.  Mix well and spread out on your lined pan. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.  It is that easy!

Do this a 2-3 times a week. That will insure you use all of your fresh produce.
