Primal Strength and Conditioning dynamically uses body weight and common objects to achieve desired results! Circuit workouts are a mix between20130817-IMG_1157 back yard and athletic training using tires, rings, ropes, etc. Our strength and core training, plyometrics and cardio program will physically and mentally drive you to the next level!

This class accommodates advanced moves.  This class is taught by Ron Green
