Ingredients
6 hard boiled eggs
2 TBL light mayonnaise (may substitute plain Greek yogurt)
½ tsp Dijon mustard
½ tsp dried dill
Black pepper to taste
Directions:
Separate eggs from the yolks and discard three yolks. Chop eggs and remaining yolks and mix all ingredient together. Refrigerate
You can purchase hard boiled eggs already peeled and prepared near the fresh eggs, so easy! Great on a whole wheat sandwich thin!
