Grilled Fresh Veggies

You will need a grill basket for this recipe, and those can be found at most major retailers.

Start by chopping up come of your favorite fresh veggies into larger pieces:
• Bell peppers (get colorful)
• Carrot Chips
• Mushrooms
• Zucchini
• Yellow Squash
• Asparagus
• Onion
Season with:
Black pepper (to taste)
1 tsp dried dried thyme
3 TBL fat free Italian Salad Dressing (Wishbone makes a good one that is low in sugar)

Toss ingredients in a mixing bowl and let it sit overnight in the fridge to marinate.
Put in the grill basket and grill (tossing every so often) until they are cooked to your liking.
