Garlic & Chive Biscuits

2 cups almond flour
2 eggs
1/3 cup butter, melted (I used a vegan butter; ghee works too!)
2 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp garlic powder

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in bowl, add whisked eggs & melted butter last.

Scoop into 1.5 tbsp size portions (should make about 12 biscuits) but you can also scoop bigger for larger biscuits.

Bake for 15 minutes or a little longer if you prefer the tops slightly browned.
