Easy way to introduce veggies to meals

Having a hard time getting your vegetables in?  Try adding fresh vegetables to dishes you are already making.

If you are cooking up a batch of brown rice try adding some chopped veggies.  This will not only increase your vitamin intake, but also add flavor.  Add some chopped celery, carrots, onion and mushrooms while you cook your rice.

If you are planning on grilled chicken for dinner, think about making it a stir fry with some fresh broccoli, carrots, & asparagus.  Or add some vegetable kabobs to the grill with onion, bell pepper, tomato & onion.

With a little creativity you can work some veggies into about any dish!
