COVID-19 Update

March 12, 2020

PT Fitness has always maintained the highest standards of safety in our facilities as well as our approach to engaging our Clients and Team Members. As more information about COVID-19 becomes available, it’s important that we reassure our community of our continued dedication to offering a safe fitness environment. Like any other facet of our success, we will need to rely on you, our Clients, to co-elevate our efforts.

By now we’ve all heard the encouragement for increased cleanliness. As such we will be increasing our already industry-leading efforts for taking care of our space. We appreciate your patience as our cleaning team works around you during normal business hours. Should we have to work in your space, we assure you we’ll be quick about our task to minimize the impact on your routine. You will be seeing more of us, so that we can continue welcoming you back.

Secondly, we’re requesting that everyone using our facility wipe down their area before and after each use. Disinfectant spray/wipes are stationed nearby to aid in that goal. Together we will make sure our Focus never strays from doing what is best for everyone who comes through our door.

Finally, you can count on continued communication. We will continue to follow protocols set in place by the CDC and the WHO. While we don’t anticipate closures or reduced hours, should our hours of operation be impacted, we will address those changes in a timely manner via ptfitnessdfw.com, our social media platforms, and email.

As always, the Golden Rule, coupled with common sense, should rule the day. Let’s agree to:

  • Be considerate
  • Wash our hands before we work out
  • Keep our gear clean – including gloves, gym bags, cell phones, and water bottles
  • Avoid touching our faces
  • Be flexible – We may take advantage of the great weather and hold classes outside
  • Stay home if we’re feeling ill (this is not the place to sweat it out)
  • Understand if a PT Fitness Team Member invites you to return at another time should you show signs of illness
  • Be aware of those around us

Let’s rally together as a community as we weather this new and ever-changing climate. We are looking forward to seeing you all as you continue your pursuit of wellness. Please feel free to reach out to us at any time should you have questions or concerns.

Thank you,

Ron Green, Owner – PT Fitness
