Cocoa Roasted Almonds

Craving chocolate but trying to avoid grabbing candy at the check-out line? Alaina loves making these easy Cocoa Roasted Almonds to satisfy that craving while avoiding all of the highly processed options that surround us. Here’s how you can make some for yourself:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
  2. Place 2 cups of raw almonds on baking tray. Bake for 5 min, then remove tray from oven to stir almonds. Place back in over for another 5-7 min.
  3. Cool almonds on a tray for 2 min, then pour into a bowl. Add 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder and 1/2 tsp of Stevia to coat all of the almonds. Then place back on tray to completely finish cooling.
