B’s 5 Ways to Motivate Yourself

  1. Get in touch with your WHY
  2. Find an accountability partner – having someone who has similar goals or wants the same things you do can make it THAT much easier to push toward those goals. Choosing the right person is key. You need someone who is going to push you when you can’t push yourself.
  3. Plan a special treat for reaching small goals – Massage or mani/pedi sound nice? Treat yourself to new tennis shoes? The sky is the limit here. Find something that will motivate you.
  4. Change up your recipes – Have you seen Tasty Tuesday? There are also tons of blogs out there with amazing recipes.
  5. Give yourself a morning pep talk – yes talk yourself into the workout or just getting out of bed. I know that sometimes waking up or showing up is the hardest part.
