B’s 5 Ways to Feel More Energized for the Day

  1. Drink more water. All day! – drinking a glass when you first wake up will help start your day. Maybe squeeze some fresh lemon in for flavor to help consume enough.
  2. Get a good nights sleep – 7 to 9 hours on average is what an adult needs to feel well rested.
  3. Wake up and splash cold water on your face – it’s beneficial to your skin but also soothing on the eyes and gives you a little boost.
  4. Exercise – consider a morning workout when possible to jump start your day. Any amount of movement will help give you energy.
  5. Eat a balanced meal – start your day with a clean balanced meal will give you energy to take on the rest of your day!
