Bruschetta Chicken Pasta


• 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts or one rotisserie chicken (white
meat without the skin)
• ½ Cup Newman’s light balsamic dressing
• ½ cup cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
• ¼ cup Parmesan cheese
• 4-5 leaves Fresh basil
• 1- 2 TBL chopped garlic
• 1 TBL olive oil
• Whole wheat or spelt penne pasta (one box)


Grill chicken breasts until cooked or skin and chop up rotisserie chicken (white
meat only)
Prepare pasta as directed
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add cooked chicken until
Mix cooked pasta, chicken, tomatoes, Parmesan, Light balsamic and torn basil in
pan until heated. Serve and enjoy! Great hot or cold!
