Bechtold Turkey Burger Recipe

1 lb-1 1/2 lbs ground turkey
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup cilantro
1/2 – 1 tsp tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder (add more if you like spice!)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4-1/2 tsp salt
optional: add chopped kale (about 1/4 – 1/2 cup)

Mix all ingredients in a bowl with your hands. Form patties and then cook on stove top/electric griddle/grill. Cook to your liking. And enjoy with your favorite healthy sides!
