Alaina’s Yogurt Parfait

Do you want to put together a quick and satisfying breakfast or snack, but don’t know where to get started? Yogurt parfaits are an amazing option and will provide you with energy from the combination of protein and carbs. See below for the basics on how to create your own!

1/2 cup granola
1/2 cup fruit
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Including fruit that’s in season is always a good idea (it’s officially time for peaches)! Also, the granola and yogurt ideally should not have much, if any, added sugar.
