Yoga Arrives to PT Fitness

Hello friends, family, PTF fam, and everyone!  As many of you may know, I am nearing the end of my Certified Yoga Teacher Training with Soul Motivation Yoga School.  Since starting in February 2017, I have gained so much knowledge and further deepened and developed my love and appreciation for this practice.
I am so excited to begin teaching and to bring yoga to PT Fitness.  I have been practicing yoga for many years, and I have always valued the importance of yoga in any lifestyle or fitness routine.  I have been wanting to bring yoga to PTF ever since I started training.

We will launch our yoga program with a 4 week beginner series!  I am so excited for this, as many of our current clients have never practiced yoga before.  This class will be great for anyone, even those with a regular yoga practice, and it will be offered to everyone.

Stay tuned as we begin to add more class times to our schedule.  It will be slow at first, but bear with me as I begin this journey with my PTF family.  I can’t express my excitement enough.  I am holding back on exclamation points just to be honest with you.

We will be offering 3 different yoga classes!
Heart Yoga – Beginner series!
This 4 week, 8 class course begins Tuesday, July 11th.
This course will provide you the basic knowledge of yoga poses and proper form!  Beginners and experienced yogis will both greatly benefit from this course as we will teach and/or reinforce proper positioning, alignment, and organic form of the core yoga postures!

This 55 minute course is perfect for students, teachers, moms, and those with flexible work schedule with the perfect mid-morning/early lunchtime class time of 10:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Cost $108* for the entire series
*PTF members will receive a 75% discount (email me sharon@ptfitnessbootcamp for promo code).  Drop-ins welcome for everyone at regular drop in rate.

Focus yoga –COMING SOON – Standard 60 minute yoga practice.  This class will be challenging but accessible for anyone- beginners included!

Power yoga – COMING SOON – Powerful 75 minute practice with advanced postures and cardio elements.  Yoga experienced highly recommended.
