Fall Fruits and Veggies

With Fall upon us there are some wonderful fruits and vegetables in season this time of year.  Since grocery stores tend to stock fresh produce when it is in season, make sure to take advantage of fall produce!

Autumn Vegetables:

  • Butternut squash
  • Spaghetti squash
  • Broccoli
  • Spinach
  • Lettuce
  • Sweet potatoes

Autumn Fruits:

  • Apples (Gala, Jonathan, Red Delicious, Golden Delicious, Jonagold, Cameo, Fuji & Granny Smith)
  • Cranberries
  • Pomegranates
  • Pears
  • Grapes
